WATCH SERVICES WE PROVIDE

On-site, we do watch battery replacements. We use quality genuine Seiko or Maxell micro batteries, which are the best quality micro watch batteries on the market. We offer a one year guarantee on fitted Batteries.

Charges start from $20.00 for standard watch battery fitting, from $35.00 for Lithium battery fitting (e.g. digital watches), from $30.00 for prestige watch battery fitting. Note - our battery fitting dose not include... pressure testing, new seals, setting the time on complex watches, or fixing other issues. Our charges are just for a new battery replacement. All other none related battery issues, can be left for our subcontract Watchmaker to assess & quote. For this service, there is a $50.00 deposit required, to which goes towards the cost of the repair, if you proceed. If you choose not to proceed, there is no refunding of the deposit.

Other in-store services are... Watch-band replacements (Duraflex Bands). Their range includes leather, stainless steel clasp type, stainless steel stretch types, & sports rubber/nylon types. We also do watch-band adjustments, links removed, etc. from $18.00, watch pin replacements, etc. from $16.00. Usually, these small services take around15 -20 minutes.

Note - We are not Watchmakers, we are Jewellers, who are trained to undertake the above mentioned basic watch services. For more in-depth watch problems, we use the services of a Qualified sub-contract Watchmaker, (as is mentioned above).

For watch repair quotes, your watch will need to be left with us for approximately 14 days. Our watchmaker, picks up watches every Wednesday afternoon from our premises and takes them to his workshop for quoting. Expensive repairs, will require a larger deposit, if you decide to proceed. Be aware, big jobs that require overseas parts, etc. can take up to three months, and sometimes longer, if parts are difficult to source. Only leave your watch with us if... you have understanding & patience and you have a back-up watch. This service, is not for those who are looking for a quick fix.  Note - All watches that are left in our care, are fully insured against loss or theft.
